Bespoke and custom-designed jewellery pieces are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Luxeva Jewels maintains the highest standards of quality assurance for all custom work.
Items from our standard collections may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

All returned items will be inspected by our master jewellers. Any sign of wear, alteration, or damage will result in the return being rejected.
